Seoul Yakryeong City, a special oriental medicine industrial zone

Wellness tourism and wellness travel are emerging as trends, and there are travel destinations that are rapidly emerging. Seoul Yakryeong City, a special oriental medicine industrial zone, is one of them. It was also designated as Korea's representative K-wellness tourist destination by the Korea Tourism Organization in 2021.




For tourists visiting Yakryeong-si, Dongdaemun-gu (District Mayor Yoo Deok-yeol) and the Seoul Oriental Medicine Promotion Center (Seoul Yakryeong Museum of Medicine) run an experience program called "One Round of Yakridan-gil."




In particular, this program is organized in various ways in connection with excellent stores in Yakryeong-si, Seoul. Let's take a look at them one by one by one







◈ What is "One Round of Yakridan-gil"?

It is a market tour program that combines "Yakryeong City Regional History Explanation" and "Chinese Medicine Specialized Experience" by a professional docent of the Seoul Oriental Medicine Promotion Center.

It will be divided into the first half of the year (April to July) and the second half (September to December).

△ Visit the Oriental Medicine Museum and experience the herbal foot bath

△Tasting herbal tea
