"Korean Medicine Book Talk with Herb Medicine" on April 27 for local residents.

The Seoul Herb Medicine Promotion Center, which knows the history and value of herb medicine, will hold a "Korean Medicine Book Talk with Herb Medicine" on April 27 for local residents.



The book, which will be covered in this Herb medicine book talk, is "Eat Like a King and Live Like a King," which introduces the foods that kings ate, exercise methods, health management of queens and princes, and longevity methods of kings.



Jang Dong-min, former chairman of the Dongdaemun-gu Herb Medical Association, will introduce the lifestyle and health secrets of kings in the Joseon Dynasty and present ways that modern people can apply in real life.



In addition, we plan to solve fun quizzes related to lectures and have in-depth conversations with local people on the subject of oriental medicine through Q&A sessions.
