Wellness program to enjoy mugwort foot bath, balance yoga, recovery meditation, and herbal tea tasting at once

The Seoul Herb Medicine Promotion Center will relieve the stress accumulated due to the prolonged COVID-19 outbreak

We run a foot bath-linked meditation yoga program to find psychological stability.

✔ Date and time: from April 9 to April 30, every Saturday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m
