The Seoul Korean Medicine Promotion Center has been finally selected for the excellent community-led balanced New Deal project organized by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety!

✔ Dongdaemun-gu received favorable reviews for "Building an AR Memory Travel Metaverse Yakryeong City Market with Museums."

✔ Two out of 25 autonomous districts in Seoul have been selected and secured 150 million won in government funds…Full-scale promotion of the project in 2022.

The residents-led balanced regional new deal project is the first project this year to plan and discover new deal projects that meet local characteristics with residents and provide financial support to local governments that promote projects that residents can feel. Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Korean Medicine Promotion Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) applied for the "AR Memory Travel with Museum and Establishment of Metaverse Market" project in Seoul Yakryeong City, Korea's leading traditional drug market, and was finally selected as an excellent project after document review, consultation, and presentation evaluation.

The center will carry out the project in 2022 with government funding from the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. The contents will be implemented under three themes: developing museum-realistic content (AR) that gave storytelling to the history of Bojewon, a relief organization for the poor during the Joseon Dynasty △ AR memory trip that shows the formation of Seoul Pharmacy △ Seoul Yakryeong City Market, the largest herbal medicine market in Asia.
