족저근막염은 발바닥에 있는 두꺼운 결합조직인 족저근막에 염증이 생겨 통증을 유발하는 질환입니다.
주로 발뒤꿈치 부위에서 통증이 발생하며, 특히 아침에 일어나 첫 발을 디딜 때 통증이 심하게 나타나는 경우가 많습니다.

How can we prevent plantar fasciitis, which causes a stabbing pain every time you walk?
Plantar fasciitis is a painful condition caused by inflammation of the plantar fascia, a thick connective tissue on the sole of the foot. 
Pain usually occurs in the heel area, and is often particularly severe when taking your first steps in the morning.
