◆한방전문가 자격과정 개요

✔ 대상 : 성인

✔ 인원 : 각 과정별 선착순 16명 (총 48명)

✔ 모집기간 : 2023. 8. 4.(금) 10:00 ~ 8. 23.(수) 16:00

✔ 운영기간 : 2023. 9. 5 (화) ~ 11. 2. (목) 14:00 ~ 17:00

✔ 운영 분야 :

1.한방차 초급(매주 화)/ 8회 (16만원)

2.약선막걸리 소믈리에 3급(매주 수)/ 8회 (12만원)

3.약선요리 전문가 2급(매수 목)/ 8회 (24만원)

✔ 진행방법 : 8회 [총 24시간] 수업진행 후 수료증 발급, 신청자에 한하여 자격시험 후 자격증 발급

Hello, this is the Seoul Oriental Medicine Center!

We run a certification program for herbalists at the Seoul Herbal Promotion Center.

The qualification areas are herbal tea, medicinal makgeolli, and medicinal cuisine.

Herbalist Certification Course Overview

Target: Adults

Number of students: 16 first-come, first-served students for each course (48 students in total)

Recruitment period: Aug. 4, 2023 (Fri) 10:00 ~ Aug. 23 (Wed) 16:00

Operating Period: September 5, 2023 (Tue) ~ November 2, 2023 (Thu) 14:00 ~ 17:00

✔ Field of operation :

1.herbal tea beginner (every Tuesday) / 8 sessions (160,000 won)

2.Yakseon Makgeolli Sommelier Level 3 (Every Wednesday) / 8 sessions (120,000 won)

3.Yakseon Culinary Expert Level 2 (Thursdays) / 8 sessions (240,000 won)

✔ Procedure: 8 sessions [24 hours in total] Certificate of completion issued after class, certificate issued after qualification test only for applicants

◆Course Details

Beginner's certificate class for herbal tea 

1) Education on the legal system 

2) Practice on trimming and mixing ingredients 

3) Education on the efficacy of tea 

4) Tasting (lotus leaf tea, owada tea, lotus flower tea, etc.)

Yakseon Makgeolli Sommelier Level 3

1) History of traditional liquor 

2) Basic fermentation theory of traditional liquor 

3) Difference between traditional makgeolli and Korean liquor 

4) Introduction of major makgeolli in Korea, basic sommelier theory 

5) Story of Danggu 

6) Efficacy and health of chrysanthemum, traditional liquor license and business 

7) Efficacy and health of astragalus

Yakseon Cuisine Beginner Certificate Class 

1) Basics and Theory of Yakseon Cuisine 

2) Fermented Yakseon Story 

3) Food Ingredients by Constitution 

4) Food Ingredients by Nature 

5) Learn about 10 Korean medicinal ingredients 

6) Medicinal ingredients that can be used in Samgyetang 

7) Meat dishes made with Yakseon
